I help drug free raw powerlifters of all levels by developing them physically and mentally so they can actualise their potential as fully as possible. 

 

My approach to coaching is pragmatic, holistic and evidence based, with all of your goals and values at the heart of the process.

 

I have spent more than 10 years supporting university teams and individual athletes to become international competitors, national champions and international medallists.

 

I have served as a British Powerlifting Team GB coach since 2016 and have also toured over 10 international competitions.

"Patience, confidence, adaptability, these are just some of the attributes that I have gained whilst being under Norman’s eye. I started my Personal Training and Powerlifting career around the same time I met Norman, I can hands down say that I would not be in my current fortunate position without his guidance in training philosophy, managing mindset and overall perspective on how to sync training and daily life together. He has taught me how to understand the mechanics of my body, physically and mentally to help correlate with my lifts to make me a more efficient Powerlifter. "I have worked with Norman since the end of 2017 through my university barbell club and then officially in 2018 after my first powerlifting competition. I met Norman when I had finished recovering from an injury, when I had started lifting again and he helped me get back into training through fixing my technique; this allowed me to partake in my first powerlifting competition. Since then I have seen my strength reach levels I never imagined they would. I put all my trust in Norman’s coaching abilities, he not only corrects my technique frequently but is always looking to improve my weaknesses and imbalances which will help me beyond my powerlifting career.
